Housing Board to give rebate on penal interest

By Our Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD, DEC. 30. In addition to the concessions already announced by the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board in waiving penal interest on the defaulted instalments and due amounts of hire purchase allotment, the Board has further decided to offer a farewell benefit in the form of additional penal interest rebate with effect from January 1 to March 31, 2005.

This will be apart from the rebate offered earlier. A further incentive of two and one per cent on the final cost will be given to allottees who are willing to close their account by paying the entire balance in lump sum.
