Bomb hoax at Utility Building

BANGALORE, DEC. 30. The police conducted a two-hour search for explosives in the Utility Building on Mahatma Gandhi Road on Thursday following an anonymous call that a bomb had been planted. Around 7.30 p.m., the Ashok Nagar police received a call that a bomb had been planted in the 24-storey building. The call turned out to be a hoax, the police said.
