Gem & Jewellery Foundation's gesture

CHENNAI: The Gem & Jewellery National Relief Foundation, the corporate social responsibility cell promoted by the Gem and Jewellery Traders of India, has announced its contribution of Rs. 51 lakhs towards the Prime Minister's Relief Fund for tsunami victims. The Union Commerce Minister, Kamal Nath, will present the cheque for Rs. 51 lakhs to the Prime Minister on behalf of the foundation, says a release.
