CHAMARAJANAGAR, DEC. 31. The padayatra taken out by the Kannada Chaluvali Vatal Paksha president and Chamarajanagar MLA, Vatal Nagaraj, along with several party workers in Chamarajanagar on Thursday received good response with a number of traders and general public donating money for relief works in the tsunami-hit areas. Mr. Nagaraj and his party workers Rs. 27,226. The Vatal party members donated Rs. 85,000. Mr. Nagaraj has said that a cheque for Rs.1.25 lakhs has been handed over to Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh.
