KOCHI, DEC. 31. The Kerala High Court today directed the 12 newly appointed members of the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) not to participate in any meeting of the commission in which any policy decision would be taken. A division bench, comprising justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan and Justice K. P. Balachandran, in an interim order, held that appointments of the 12 members would be subject to the outcome of the writ petition filed by Joemon Puthenpurakkal. "In the event of their being appointed, they will not be involved in taking any policy decision touching the PSC without further orders from the Court,' the Bench held. The Court posted the case to January 12. The petitioner had approached the Court praying to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the recommendation made by the State Cabinet for the appointment of the 12 respondents as members of the PSC. - PTI
