Partly cloudy sky forecast

The sky will be partly cloudy on Saturday and there is a possibility of light rain in some areas, according to the weather forecast. The minimum temperature will be around 18 degrees Celsius. On Friday, the maximum temperature recorded in the city was 30 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 16.5 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 48 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 28.7 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 15.6 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 51 per cent.

Bank branch

The State Bank of India opened its 319th branch on Bannerghatta Road on Friday.

The Director of Indian Institute of Management, Prakash G. Apte, inaugurated this branch, which has all facilities, including ATM, core banking, Internet banking and tele-banking.

The Chief General Manager of SBI, R. Sridharan, inaugurated the ATM. The SBI General Manager, Mahpara Ali, and its Deputy General Manager, C.S. Jain, were present.
