Around the City

Partly cloudy sky forecast

The sky will be partly cloudy on Sunday, according to the weather forecast.

The minimum temperature will be around 16 degrees Celsius.

On Saturday, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 27.1 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 19.4 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 58 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 27.6 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 21.6 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 55 per cent.

Meditation

Sri Ramachandra Pyramid Meditation Foundation of Nanjangud is conducting pyramid meditation classes at Apartment 3-B, Hill Christ Manor, No. 38, Shankar Mutt Road, Basavanagudi, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. from January 10 to 14.

Power cut

There will be no power supply in some of the areas of the city on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. because of maintenance work, according to Bangalore Electricity Supply Company.

The areas that will be affected are Rajpalya, EPIP Layout and its surroundings.

There will also be no power supply on the same day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at ISRO Layout, Bikasipura, Prashanthanagar, J.C. Industrial Area, Elachenahalli, Kasinagar, and Kumaraswamy Layout second stage.
