Mr. Kondajji said that the Governor had objected to the action of the former Chief Secretary in recommending the names of some members of the Karnataka Administrative Service with "tainted records" to the IAS. The City Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal had set aside those selections to the IAS. He further said that the former official had capitalised even on the tragedy that befell the former minister H.
