BANGALORE, JAN. 2. The Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP), as part of its efforts to bring in transparency and streamline administration, has posted on its website information on permissions granted to advertising agencies to put up hoardings on private land falling under BMP area. The website features information on 800 of the 900 hoardings permitted in the city, including the location, zone and ward. Information related to the remaining 100 hoardings will be posted shortly on the website www.bmponline.org, according to a press release.
