Tension after demolition of statue

ELURU, JAN. 5. Tension prevailed at Dubacharla today following demolition of an Anjaneya Swamy statue by miscreants.

Villagers staged a `rasta roko' on the Rajahmundry-Eluru State highway in protest against the demolition of the 40-year-old statute.
