BHOPAL, JAN. 5. The Madhya Pradesh Governor, Balram Jhakar, has removed the Bhoj University Vice-Chancellor, R.K. Singh, from his post on charges of financial irregularities. According to official sources, Dr Singh has been charged with adopting arbitrary methods for appointment of employees, extending benefit to students through improper methods and financial irregularities. The Governor had ordered an inquiry in this connection a month ago and Dr. Singh was sacked yesterday after the charges were found correct. --UNI
