NEW DELHI, JAN. 5. The Chairperson of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA), Sonia Gandhi, has formed a three-member group to suggest suitable follow-up action on the demand for carving out a separate Telangana state from Andhra Pradesh, Ms. Gandhi's political secretary, Ahmed Patel, told PTI here.
