Slain Munger SP hails from State

HYDERABAD, JAN. 5. The slain Munger SP, K.C. Surendra Babu(IPS), who died in a landmine blast in Bihar on Wednesday, was a native of Narsampally near Bukkapatnam in Anantapur district. An officer of 1996 batch, he was the son-in-law of a retired Inspector-General of Police, K. Jagannatha Rao. The officer's father, K.C. Naik, was a retired foreman of BHEL.
