Mr. Dag Hammarskjoeld, UN Secretary-General, called on Mr. Chou En-lai, the Chinese Premier, two hours after his arrival in Peking on January 5 for talks on the fate of the 11 American airmen jailed as spies. Mr. Hammarskjoeld was accompanied by Prof. Waldock of Oxford University, his adviser on international law, and Mr. Ahmed Bokhari, Pakistani Under-Secretary of the UN.
