Expo on commercial vehicles
HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Expositions (APEX) and Unitech Exhibitions (Chennai), are jointly organising the `Bus & Truck Expo 2005', the second international commercial vehicles and accessories exhibition here at the HITEX Exhibition Centre from January 7 to 9. According to a release issued here on Thursday, the exhibition provides a platform for face-to-face interaction between manufacturers, suppliers and buyers. The exhibition is open to all industry and trade visitors and professionals. It said the outlook for the industry was promising this year because of brisk government investment in infrastructure. India is already ranked fifth in the world in production of commercial vehicles with sales of trucks and buses put at 2.77 lakh units for the year ended March 2004. — Our Special Correspondent
