MANGALORE, JAN. 6. Team Mangalore, which has organised the first-ever international kite festival on the Panambur Beach near here on January 23, has announced a State-level photography contest, "Happy Kite Moment," to mark the occasion. In a press release, Sarvesh Rao, convener of Team Mangalore, said the competition is open to all. Photographs should bring out the fun of kite flying and the mood of the audience. Mr. Rao called upon the photographers to take part in the festival. The entries should be submitted to the organisers by January 31.
