VISAKHAPATNAM, JAN.7. The District Collector, Praveen Prakash, on Friday afternoon made a surprise visit to the Gajuwaka Muncipal Office and the Mandal Revenue Office. He visited the Town Planning, Revenue and Complaints wings and the Citizens Charter at the municipal office and enquired about pending files. Not satisfied with the reasons for the delay in disposal of files, he pulled up the staff and directed them to set matters right by his next visit. All grievances received during Spandana should be addressed immediately. Mr. Praveen Prakash issued orders to the MRO on a complaint that a man had encroached upon Survey No. 214 on Srinagar hillock and was raising medicinal plants. He assured the residents of R.H. Colony at Kanithi that their problems would be solved.
