NEW DELHI, JAN. 8. The Supreme Court will give its verdict on Monday on the special leave petition filed by the Kanchi Sankaracharya, Sri Jayendra Saraswathi, seeking bail in the Sankararaman murder case. A three-Judge Bench headed by the Chief Justice, R.C. Lahoti, reserved the orders on Friday. On behalf of the Acharya, senior counsel F.S. Nariman submitted that in case he was granted bail he would not visit the Kanchi Mutt till the investigating agency completed the investigation.
