NEW DELHI, JAN. 8. In a gory case of a protector turning predator, a man has been arrested by the Vasant Vihar police on the charge of criminally assaulting his minor daughter repeatedly over the past four years. The police said the accused was in his late 40s and a resident of Munirka village. A tailor by profession, he had been indulging in the criminal act since 2001. However, it was only recently that the victim, a student of a government school, managed to muster enough courage to narrate the incident to her teacher.
