BELLARY, JAN. 8. The State Bank of India (SBI) Commercial Branch presented Gold Cards to leading exporters in Bellary city on Thursday. Mahapara Ali, General Manager of SBI, Bangalore, presented the cards to the Kurgodu MLA, N. Suryanarayan Reddy, who heads Sri Raghavendra Enterprises dealing in granite, S.K. Modi of Vibhuti Gudda Mines, and Ramesh Gopal of Vijayakrishna Granites for their excellent performance in export of products. The gold card holders can avail themselves of loans for exports at discounted interest rates, atomatic renewal of the cards and 20 per cent increase in the amount of finance every year. Sankalchand Khawad of Lok Seva Dresses, Vaidyanathan, Assistant General Manager, SBI, Bangalore, were present at the function. Raghu Shetty, Chief Manager, Commercial Branch welcomed. B.D. Yellurkar, Chief Manager, Bellary Branch, proposed a vote of thanks.
