HYDERABAD, JAN.8. The Forum for Senior Citizens has appealed to the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, to exempt elderly persons from wearing helmet as they experience pain in the neck and back of the head. In a memorandum submitted to Dr. Reddy on Saturday, M.K. Rahman, president, said elderly persons could not bear the burden of helmet on head.
