OFT SA downed Josephite FC 2-0 in a first division league match for the Dalmia Trophy, conducted by Tiruchi District Football Association, at the Teppakulam Bishop Heber HSS ground here today. Both the goals were scored in the second half.
Right-extreme X. Paulraj opened the account immediately after the break, while left-extreme G. Shankar completed the tally with a header.
The victory margin would have been bigger but for Josephite custodian R. Venkatachalapathy bringing off some brilliant saves.
