The Additional Sessions Judge, S.N. Dhingra, said that the warrant be served on the Jail Superintendent through the Uttar Pradesh Inspector-General of police for his presence before the court on January 20.

The Judge also issued a fresh production against the accused for the same date.

There are six accused in the murder case. Two of them are on bail, three are in judicial custody, while the sixth one has been declared a proclaimed offender.
