Nominations begin

NEW DELHI, JAN. 10. Filing of nominations began today for elections to 64 Assembly constituencies in Bihar, 24 in Jharkhand and 90 in Haryana on February 3. Ten candidates filed nominations in Haryana. They are: six from the Ekta Shakti Party, two from the Congress, one from the BJP and another an independent.
