Speaker commiserates with Naidu

HYDERABAD, Jan. 10. The Assembly Speaker, K.R. Suresh Reddy, on Monday called on the Leader of the Opposition, N. Chandrababu Naidu, to express his condolences at the passing away of the latter's mother, Ammanamma.
Meanwhile, the Ludhiana Citizens' Council has offered its condolences to the Telugu Desam president, N. Chandrababu Naidu, on the death of his mother, Ammannamma.
A delegation of the council, led by its president, Kulbir Singh Jodhka Kelly, called on Mr. Naidu here on Monday to convey their sympathy. Members of the delegation appreciated the stand taken by the TDP on some crucial issues relating to Punjab.
