`Cancel all govt. functions'

TIRUCHI, JAN. 11. The Collector, V. Pandian, has called upon the Centre and the State Goverment departments, public sector undertakings, educational institutions etc. to cancel all government functions scheduled for January 12 in view of the observance of mourning day.
