THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JAN. 12. Host Mar Ivanios `A', Nehru College of Arts & Science and Malabar Christian College moved into the semifinals in the 43rd Mar Ivanios Trophy all-Kerala inter-collegiate basketball tournament at the Mar Ivanios floodlit courts here on Wednesday. In the quarterfinals, Mar Ivanios `A' thrashed College of Engineering 70-24 after leading 45-17 at half-time. Nehru College overcame SH College (Thevara) 66-50, while Malabar Christian ended the run of Mar Ivanios `B', winning 68-58.
