J.N. Dixit Memorial Lecture

CHENNAI,
JAN.12.
The External Affairs Minister, K. Natwar Singh, told The Hindu today that he has decided to institute the J.N. Dixit Memorial Lecture in recognition of the late Foreign Secretary and National Security Adviser's exceptional contributions. A distinguished person will give the annual lecture on `Mani' Dixit's birthday, January 8. The Ministry of External Affairs will organise the lectures, the Minister said.
