3 more witnesses cross-examined
By Our Staff Reporter
HYDERABAD,
JAN. 12.
Three more witnesses -- V. Shiva Reddy, Kuppuswamy and Subbalaxmi -- who had earlier turned hostile in the case involving film actor Balakrishna, stuck to their version during the cross-examination by the public prosecutor at the Metropolitan Sessions Judge court here on Wednesday.
Shiva Reddy, a servant in the actor's house, maintained that he was sitting outside the main door when he heard gunshots on the day of incident.
When he rushed inside, the film producer, B. Suresh, was seen running out with a bleeding injury. Kuppuswamy and Subbalaxmi stated that they did not know anything about the shooting incident. The duo maintained that it had left the house after finishing work on that night and were not aware of anything.
