To sell stake in Swaraj Mazda

NEW DELHI, JAN. 13. Punjab Tractors today said its board has agreed to sell 48 per cent stake in light commercial vehicle venture Swaraj Mazda to its joint venture partner Sumitomo Corporation of Japan. The company's board, which met yesterday, agreed to sell to Sumitomo up to 15.73 lak equity shares out of the company's holding of 30.45 lakh shares in Swaraj Mazda, Punjab Tractors informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
