Sree Kerala Verma College triumphs

COIMBATORE, JAN. 13. Kerala Verma College, with two convincing league wins, emerged champion of the South Zone inter-collegiate basketball tournament, at the GRD courts here on Thursday.

The results: PSG College 67 (Ramkumar 31, Sekhar 10) bt GRD 64 (Shyam 11, Joe 10).

Final standings: 1. Kerala Verma, 2. PSGCAS, 3. Jain College (Bangalore), 4. GRD.
