BANGALORE, JAN. 13. The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has postponed the allotment of sites in Arkavathi Layout, which was scheduled for Saturday. A BDA statement released here on Thursday said that it had been advised by its counsel to postpone allotting sites because of litigation. The next hearing in the case was on Monday, the BDA said and added that the revised date of allotment would be announced shortly.
