HYDERABAD, JAN. 13. The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is expecting larger crowds on Friday, the last day of GITEX at the HITEX centre at Madhapur. Christina Nicholson, DWTC General Manager (Exhibitions), said in a press release on Thursday, that there was increase in visitors to the fourth edition of GITEX. She said that film actor, Rajendra Prasad, would conduct the raffle draw on the last day and select the lucky winner for the trip to Dubai. J.C. Mohanty, Principal Secretary (IT), said the promotional scheme was created to increase attendance under the auspices of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). It proved to be a major crowd puller at the show, the release said.
