Eight in joint lead

DINDIGUL, JAN. 16. Eight players including top seed, International Master R.R. Laxman of Chennai, and third seed, IM P. Mithrakanth of NLC, were in joint lead with four points each at the end of the fourth round of the Sri Gopalakrishna Naidu Kaveriammal Memorial Trophy FIDE-rated chess tournament here on Sunday.
