Md. Shoaib scores century

NEW DELHI, JAN. 18. A century by Mohammed Shoaib (104, 12x4, 4x6) helped Rehman Club beat Delhi Development Authority (DDA) by 65 runs in the Elite group II match of the DDCA cricket league here.

The scores:

Elite-II: Rehman Club 202 in 32.5 overs (Mohammed Shoaib 104, Rajinder Kohli four for 39) bt DDA 137 in 27.2 overs.

Super Plate-I: City Gymkhana 145 for nine in 40 overs (Karanjeet Singh 48, Sanjay Rawat six for 20) lost to Delhi Wonders 146 for two in 26 overs (Amit Sharma 51 n.o.).

Rajnigandha Club 76 in 22 overs lost to K. G. Colts 80 for one in 10.4 overs.

Plate: Sonnex Club 143 in 29.4 overs (Rajan Pandey 44) lost to Maulana Azad Club 147 for four in 28 overs (Mohammed Naved 43).
