Verma shines

NEW DELHI, JAN. 18. Sanjay Verma's all-round performance (four for 36 and 42 n.o.) helped Malviya Club to seven-wicket win against Gush Club and made it to the semifinals of the Sahibzada Ajit Singh memorial cricket tournament here.

The scores:

Gush Club 153 in 38 overs (Sanjay Verma four for 36) lost to Malviya Club 159 for three in 30.5 overs (Padamjeet Sehrawat 61, Sanjay Verma 42 n.o.).
