SFL in securitisation deal

CHENNAI: Sundaram Finance Ltd. (SFL) has taken over hire purchase and lease receivables worth Rs. 1 crore from IKF Finance Ltd. in a securitisation deal. In a notification to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), IKF Finance said that in September last, SFL took over the receivables/hire purchase portfolio of IKF Finance worth Rs. 1 crore.
