BELLARY, JAN. 18. The strike by D.Ed college students demanding that the mandatory internship be withdrawn entered the fourth day today. The movement of traffic was disrupted on National Highway 63 when the students staged a rasta roko near the first railway gate in the city to register their protest against the failure of the Government to concede to their demands. Members of the D.Ed Students Action Committee, the All India Democratic Youth Organisation (AIDYO), the All India Democratic Students Organisation (AIDSO), and the All India Mahila Samskrutika Sanghatane (AIMSS) took part in the agitation.
