PATNA, JAN. 18. Accusing the RJD government in Bihar of being a ``puppet of criminals'', Samajwadi Party in Bihar today asked people to unite to put an end to the ``anarchy'' unleashed by the regime. ``Bihar politics has entered a decisive phase now and the people will have to unite to get rid of the jungle raj, corruption and anarchy unleashed due to the RJD misrule,'' Bihar SP President Dadan Singh, who was released from jail after a Buxar court granted him regular bail in a case relating to violation of model code of conduct yesterday, told reporters here. He charged the RJD government with implicating him in false criminal cases. Accusing the State government of acting as a ``puppet of the criminals and mafia elements,'' he alleged that the criminals were running a parallel government in Bihar. ``About 60,000 Yadavs have lost their lives during the 15-year-long misrule of the Lalu-Rabri duo in Bihar where Dalits, backwards and minorities are being ignored,'' he said claiming that RJD was bound to face a complete rout in the coming Assembly polls in Bihar. The Samajwadi Party would have a major say in the non-RJD government to be formed after the elections, he claimed. The SP leader said his party had put up its candidate in 35 out of 64 seats going to the polls in the first phase on February three in Bihar and the list of the candidates for the seats going to poll in the second and third phase would be released within a couple of days. - PTI
