By Our Staff Reporter
BANGALORE,
JAN. 18.
The State Government will not oppose the "Festival of Blessings" to be held for three days from Friday at the Jakkur airfield.
The Advocate-General, B.T. Parthasarthy, told presspersons here today that the Government will not interfere in any function unless the situation warrants it. The Government will ensure that the event is held peacefully.
Sources said over 10,000 policemen will be deployed for the event. They said the organisers have been permitted to use the Jakkur airfield.
