BANGALORE, JAN. 20. Sania Mirza received a word of advice from her mentor, C.G. Krishna Bhupathi, on the eve of her match against Serena Williams in the Australian Open. "Stay composed, stay focussed, give your best shot, you got nothing to lose and you have done all of us proud", said Mr. Bhupathi. "It was very thrilling for all of us, who are associated with Sania's training here. I have always been goading her to to go higher and that's really happening now. She has put up a tremendous show in her maiden Grand Slam", said Bhupathi Sr. In a larger context, Mr. Bhupathi felt that Sania's display is bound to galvanise the Indian women's tennis scene. "There are other talented youngsters like Ankita Bhambri, Isha Lakhani, Neha and Shikha Uberoi, who are bound to draw inspiration from Sania'', he said. Our Special Correspondent
