Airtel, Hutch slash tariffs

NEW DELHI, JAN. 20. Come February 1, Airtel and Hutch subscribers will have to pay less for making STD and ISD calls. Following the recent announcement of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) reducing access deficit charges, both Airtel and Hutch today decided to reduce its ISD tariffs by Rs. 1.75 per minute and STD tariffs 35 paise per minute. — Our Staff Reporter
