Tejasvi Rao in final

HYDERABAD, JAN. 20. Sixteen-year-old Tejasvi Rao of Hyderabad, registered an upset 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 win over second-seeded Siributwong Kirati of Thailand in the semifinals of the boys singles at the ITF Grade III tennis tournament in Dhaka, according to information received here on Thursday. The Thailand player has a world ranking of 139.
