Yahoo! India Mobile's new chief

COIMBATORE: The Textiles Committee will organise a workshop at Erode from January 23 to 25 on "extending traditions". Organised under the cluster development programme of the committee, its objective is to improve the skills of the handloom weavers and designers of Bhavani, Chennimalai, Kavindapadi and Erode. An Australian artist and textile fashion designer, Sara Thorn, will conduct the workshop.
