KS group chants peace mantra
By Our Staff Reporter
ANANTAPUR,
JAN. 20.
The CPI(ML) K.S. Group has appealed to the State Government and the naxalite parties involved in peace talks to observe restraint and ensure a conducive atmosphere for resumption of the peace process.
In a statement here on Thursday, its State committee organising secretary, K. Bandaiah Master alias Mahadev, urged the Government to stop combing operation and asked the CPI (Maoist) and CPI(ML) Janashakti parties to stop acts of retaliation.
He observed that the issue of peace process had gone beyond the purview of the Chief Minister. The talks could be resumed only with the intervention of the Union Home Ministry.
