Ambulance donated

ANANTAPUR, JAN. 20. In a gesture to help poor people of the drought-prone district, the Canara Bank has donated an ambulance costing Rs. 9.75 lakhs to the RDT Hospital at Bathalapalli in the district.

The vehicle was handed over to the RDT health wing programme director, Anne Ferror, by the General Manager of Canara Bank, S. Jayaraman, on the hospital premises yesterday.
