BANGALORE, JAN. 20. Ajay S. of PES Institute of Technology (PESIT) has bagged the first rank in B.E. (Manufacturing Sciences) examinations conducted by the Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (VTU) with 83.28 per cent. Three students of the institute have got ranks in this branch of engineering. The other two are third rank holder Alpana Gupta (81.33 per cent) and fifth rank holder, Amar Bhotika (80.82 per cent). The first rank in MCA conducted by VTU has gone to Akhil Mangal of PESIT. He has secured 87.18 per cent marks. Anshu Agarwal (85.10), Rahul Kudeshia (83.69) and Arun Kumar V.S. (83.59) have got the second, ninth and tenth rank respectively. Sunil S. has got the first rank in the Master of Business Administration examination. Nanditha Rao Patibandla from the PESIT has secured third rank in the Electronics and Communication Engineering examinations conducted by the Visvesvaraya Technological University.
