NEW DELHI, JAN. 20 . Indian Army posts on the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir came under fire from the Pakistani side. About 10 mortar shells landed near the Hamirpur post in Mendhar area of Rajouri sector. This is not very far from the site of the unprovoked mortar firing from the Pakistani side on Tuesday. "We are exercising restraint and investigating who could be behind the firing," said Deepak Sammanwar of the Army Headquarters. "It may not be of much consequence. It may be small arms or something and we cannot attribute it immediately to the Pakistani Army," he added.
