HDFC Bank's ADS offering

MUMBAI, JAN. 21. HDFC Bank today priced its public offering of 6.64 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at $39.26 per share, the closing price of the ADSs on the New York Stock Exchange on January 20.

The offering price is equivalent to a price of Rs. 571.89 per equity share at the January 20 exchange rate. The offering is scheduled to close on January 25. — Our Special Correspondent
