NIIT gets nod for bond issue

CHENNAI, JAN. 21. NII will issue $10 million foreign currency convertible bonds to Intel Capital. The NIIT board, which met today, had given its nod for this. The proposal would not have to be cleared by the shareholders. — Our Special Correspondent
